Opal Essential

Level 1: 45 min

TThis session covers the foundations of contemporary Pilates—ideal for first-timers, beginners, or anyone with fewer than 10 reformer classes.

Opal Essential moves at a slower pace, emphasizing alignment, breath, and mindful transitions to help you build strength and awareness from the ground up. This class encourages a deep body-mind connection while offering gentle yet effective muscle engagement.

Perfect for those easing into Pilates or revisiting the fundamentals, you’ll leave feeling restored, more connected to your body, and ready to grow your practice in a supportive, calm setting.

Opal Elevate

Level 1.5: 45 min

An intermediate class for those ready to progress beyond the basics. Ideal if you’ve taken 10–15 reformer classes and want to refine form while building strength.

Opal Elevate bridges the gap between foundational and advanced Pilates. This class introduces more flow, layered movement, and moderate intensity—challenging your coordination and control while keeping alignment and breath at the center.

It’s the perfect step up from Opal Essential, offering just the right amount of challenge for clients who are building confidence and consistency in their practice. Expect a balanced, satisfying workout that strengthens, energizes, and prepares you for the next level.

Opal Dynamic

Level 2: 45 min

This class builds on Pilates fundamentals with more complex, fast-paced, and challenging movement—ideal for advanced clients with a strong foundation.

Opal Dynamic is designed for advanced practitioners ready for a powerful, energizing workout. Expect continuous movement, increased intensity, and sequences that challenge your coordination, balance, and endurance.

We engage multiple muscle groups with every exercise to build stamina, strength, and total-body tone—while keeping the experience fun and motivating. Come ready to sweat, grow, and feel empowered.
