It’s my first time !

To make your first visit smooth and enjoyable, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class. This will give you enough time to complete your liability waiver and get acquainted with our reformers. Our welcoming instructors will be on hand to answer any questions and address any injuries or modifications needed to ensure your comfort and safety.

Where to park ?

We are located within the ZIA complex and provide free parking via the retail parking entrance on Lincoln Avenue. If the ground-floor parking is full, you can access the resident parking through the same entrance. Simply enter the code sent via email at the gate and proceed to 5th floors, where guest parking spaces are available. You may park in any open spot that doesn’t have a number.

To reach the studio, take the elevator back down to the retail parking area.

In the unlikely event that both the retail and guest parking are full, additional street parking can be found on S Loara Street or W Mable Street. Please remember to check the permitted parking times.
