To make your first visit smooth and enjoyable, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class. This will give you enough time to complete your liability waiver and get acquainted with our reformers. Our welcoming instructors will be on hand to answer any questions and address any injuries or modifications needed to ensure your comfort and safety.
We are located within the ZIA complex and provide free parking via the retail parking entrance on Lincoln Avenue. If the ground-floor parking is full, you can access the resident parking through the same entrance. Simply enter the code **** at the gate and proceed to the 4th and 5th floors, where guest parking spaces are available. You may park in any open spot.
To reach the studio, take the elevator back down to the retail parking area.
In the unlikely event that both the retail and guest parking are full, additional street parking can be found on S Loara Street or W Mable Street. Please remember to check the permitted parking times.

Section 3
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cannot attend a class you’ve reserved, please cancel online within 12 hours to avoid a fee and receive a full refund, which will be credited back to your account. After the 12-hour window, a $30 late cancellation fee will apply, but you will not lose your session. If you do not show up for a class, a $45 no-show fee will be charged, and your session will be forfeited.
PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION:
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for private lessons as well. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled lesson, a $75 late cancellation fee will apply, but you will not lose your session. If you do not show up for your lesson, you will be charged the full cost of the class and forfeit your session.
Please note that all classes and packages are non-refundable.
Please consider the waitlist as signing up for the class, as we assume that if you’ve added yourself, you are available to attend. The waitlist will automatically add you to the class up to 1 hour before the start time.
If you can no longer attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid cancellation fees. You are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the 12-hour late cancellation window if you can no longer attend. This will help you avoid late cancellation or no-show charges in the event that you are added to the class, as our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes.

Please be advised that arrivals later than 5 minutes past the start time will not be permitted to enter the class. At Opal Pilates, we prioritize providing the best experience for all our clients, and late arrivals can disrupt both the instructor and fellow participants.
In the event of a late arrival, the class for that day will unfortunately be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a focused and seamless experience for everyone.
