 Sacha is the founder and lead instructor of Opal Pilates. A professional dancer, choreographer, and certified Pilates instructor, movement has been at the center of her life for over three decades. Her passion for the body and for mindful movement inspired the creation of Opal — a space where people can strengthen, connect, and feel deeply at home in their bodies.
